We currently ship Australia-wide only, with all orders sent from our studio in Adelaide, South Australia.

Returns

At By Stacey Jade, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our silk products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is defective or damaged on arrival, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please email us at contact@bystaceyjade.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault or damage

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required), and your replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return due to a fault:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
